Once the order is submitted, the license will be automatically created, and the username/password will be sent to the administrator's email.

Prices:

  • BUSINESS & ORGANIZATION: NOK 710/month for businesses/departments up to 200 employees.
  • Businesses/departments with over 200 employees are welcome to order a license for immediate access to the service. We will promptly contact you for a customized offer. Alternatively, you can request a quote.

1. INTRODUCTION

These license terms ("Terms") apply to licenses for Crisis Portal BUSINESS & ORGANIZATION, Crisis Portal DAYCARE, or Crisis Portal SCHOOL. 

A User/Users is/are: 

  • on Crisis Portal BUSINESS & ORGANIZATION: a business or department with up to 200 employees (separate terms apply for businesses with over 200 employees).
  • on Crisis Portal DAYCARE: an individual daycare (including municipal agreements).
  • on Crisis Portal SCHOOL: an individual school (including municipal agreements).

All Users will have an Administrator who administers the license at the User's end, and serves as the contact person for Personalomsorg AS.
 

2. DURATION OF AGREEMENT

A license agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by ordering a license at www.kriseportalen.no. These Terms automatically form part of the Agreement. The Agreement runs for a 12-month term and will automatically renew for an additional twelve months unless Personalomsorg AS receives written termination of the Agreement no later than 1 month before the end of the term.
 

3. WHO CAN USE THE LICENSE

All employees at the User have access to all content on the service they are licensed for via a shared user, and are free to use, download, and store material for use at the User's end. 

Any unauthorized redistribution of material or login information outside the User is considered a breach of these Terms and copyright law, and may result in license suspension and liability.
 

4. UPDATES AND CHANGES

Personalomsorg AS operates Crisis Portal and provides all content on the service. In the event of significant changes to legislation, regulations, or professional recommendations, Personalomsorg AS undertakes to provide necessary updates to the professional content on Crisis Portal to ensure compliance with the changes. It is up to Personalomsorg AS to assess what is defined as "significant" changes. 
 

5. PRICES

Prices for products and services provided by Personalomsorg AS are based on indicative prices excluding VAT and are subject to annual indexation.
Any price increase takes effect on January 1st of the following calendar year, in line with Statistics Norway's consumer price index.
The indicative monthly price is invoiced in advance annually in full for 12 months of use.
Any promotional and special prices apply to the first year's license order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Otherwise, indicative prices apply.
